6. Low adsorption, good temperature resistance, not easy to aging, no swelling, corrosion resistance, low precipitation, etc.
1. The peristaltic pump head chooses single or multi-channel fluid delivery;
2. Whether it is easy to replace the hose;
3. Whether it is easy to fix the hose;
4. The pressure tube gap is fine-tuned by ratchet wheel or other methods to adapt to different wall thickness hoses or to achieve fine-tuning of pressure;
5. Roller selection: the relative flow of the roller structure is slightly larger; the fluid pulsation amplitude of the roller structure is smaller;
6. Whether the trigger structure of the peristaltic pump head is dexterous and whether it is convenient to open the card.
1. Whether flow control is required;
2. Whether liquid distribution is needed;
3. How is the flow range of the peristaltic pump driver;
4. Whether the overall structure is reasonable and whether the operation is convenient;
5. Whether the flow accuracy and liquid volume accuracy of the peristaltic pump driver meet the requirements;
6. Special requirements: protection level, explosion-proof level;
7. External control requirements: equipment matching, operation methods, etc.
