How to improve the efficiency of the peristaltic transfer pumps?
1. When the peristaltic transfer pump is not working, loosening the pressure block of the pressure pipe can prolong the service life of the pump pipe. The peristaltic transfer pump generates suction and fluid transmission by compressing the hose and the natural rebound of the hose. In order to maintain the long service life of the peristaltic pump tubing, the pressure block of the pump head needs to be lifted as much as possible when the pump is not in use, so that the pump pipe is in a natural non pressurized state to prolong the service life of the pump pipe.
2. Special pipes for peristaltic transfer pumps are used on the pump head, and ordinary pipes are used for other connecting pipes. The extruded pipes used on peristaltic transfer pumps need good compressive resilience and tear resistance, so these pump pipes have relatively high material purity, and high accuracy of wall thickness and shape.
3. When using peristaltic transfer pumps, pay attention to clean the sundries on the pump shell and pump pipe. As the peristaltic transfer pump is a relative instrument, it mainly depends on the pump shell to maintain a high-precision clearance, so as to squeeze the pump pipe with high efficiency. If the flowing liquid adheres to the pressure wheel, pressure block and pump pipe of the pump shell due to the damage of the pump pipe, the compression clearance of the pump head will be changed. Even small changes will lead to excessive and premature wear of the pump pipe, which will seriously affect the pump head and cause damage to the pump head.
4. When selecting a peristaltic transfer pump, pay attention to whether the liquid to be transported will corrode the pump pipe. Because there are many materials of pump pipes and many types of liquid transported, no pump pipe can withstand all liquids. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm its own liquid type, compare it through the chemical compatibility table, or ensure that the pump pipe can be used through an immersion test.
