In daily industrial processing, factories choose to use different types of machines for daily processing. At the same time, in the processing process, precision peristaltic pumps are used for daily processing, with the characteristics of long service life and low operating cost, and are widely used in various industrial processing processes.
A peristaltic pump is like squeezing a fluid-filled hose with your fingers, and as your fingers slide forward, the fluid inside the hose moves forward. The peristaltic pump uses the same principle, except that it is replaced by a roller instead of fingers. The fluid is pumped by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic conveying tube of the pump. Just like squeezing a tube with two fingers, negative pressure is formed inside the tube as the fingers move, and the liquid flows with it.
A precision peristaltic pump is a controllable fluid delivery device. Precision peristaltic pumps are composed of three parts: a driver, a pump head, and a tube. Precision peristaltic pumps are composed of an electric motor and a pipeline, and the motor in the equipment makes the wheels inside the tube rotate. The pipeline is pressed outside the housing to create the appropriate space, and the liquid is then pushed out by the motor. Subsequently, necessary adjustments are made through the diameter or wheels of the pipeline to perform daily work in the correct way.
At the same time, the special design means that it does not require sealing devices such as pressure covers or seals, making it very easy to maintain and easy to access maintenance points. Different types of DC motors can be provided according to different usage environments.
Generally, the precision peristaltic pump works by allowing the fluid to enter the tube, and the fluid flows into the pump casing through the tube. When it reaches the corresponding position, the rotor with multiple rollers compresses the tube and forces the liquid to continue to be guided to the corresponding position through the pump. In addition, two or more rollers or scrapers can be used to block the tube and cut off the flow between them. At the same time, under environmental pressure, the fluid is transported to the outlet of the pump, so that it can run continuously, and can also be intermittently controlled to achieve the effect of delivering fluid.
With the continuous progress and improvement of technology, the technology used has also been correspondingly improved. Due to the advancement of technology, precision peristaltic pumps can be more accurately used for fluid delivery. Secondly, before using a precision peristaltic pump, the fluid must be kept in a relatively pure environment.
