1. Adjust the peristaltic pump to 100rpm, let the peristaltic pump work for 1 minute, and actually measure the outflowing liquid;
2. Calculate the flow rate corresponding to the number of revolutions, and get the relationship between the flow rate and the number of revolutions;
3. The peristaltic pump adjusts the knob according to the flow rate you need to achieve the peristaltic pump flow rate you need.
1. When replacing the peristaltic hoses of the peristaltic pump, first loosen the pipe clamp bolts at both ends, remove the pipe clamp, and then loosen the hoisting ring bolt at one end. Turn on the motor to pull the hose out of the pump; then pull out the new one. The hose is inserted between the peristaltic pump casing and the pressure roller from the end of the removed short tube, and the motor is activated to install the hose; then the hanging ring is fixed and the tube clamp is installed, and the replacement task is completed.
Note: When installing the hose, be sure to close the hose to the casing of the peristaltic pump, and confirm it before putting it into normal operation.
2. The hose can be used for about 200 hours, and the hose can be rotated 90 degrees. For single-tube hose peristaltic pumps, in addition to the direction of rotation, the hose can also be pumped back and forth to change the pressure point of the hose and extend the service life of the hose.
After long-term use of the peristaltic pump, the peristaltic pump hose replacement is needed and the hose should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid the phenomena that the liquid flows into the roller of the pump head with rupture of the silicone tube, and corrosive liquid flows into the gap of the roller. If the corrosive liquid flows into the gap of the roller, it should be removed and cleaned in time to avoid freezing in the gap of the roller after weathering, causing the pump head to jam. It's wrong to think that pick one kind of tube, you can solve all problems. The existence of any chemical substance has "natural enemies". When the liquid handled by the customer is corrosive, we generally recommend that the customer obtain a sample (including silica gel and other common corrosion-resistant hoses) from our company and do an immersion test to determine if peristaltic pump hose replacement is required. Avoid unnecessary waste. How often to make peristaltic pump hose replacement depends on the nature of the liquid you transport and the model of the peristaltic pump selected. In the case that the pump model is fixed and the delivery liquid is unchanged; take peristaltic pump hose replacement after about 350 hours of usage.
