Peristaltic pump as a precision fluid transmission equipment, it can be used in all walks of life. As a consumable part, the peristaltic hoses are the spare part that people contact most frequently, after all, it is inevitable to replace the hose.
(1) Before installing the pump tubing, put the precision peristaltic pump on the plane, otherwise the tubing will be stuck when installing the pump tubing.
(2) The pump tubings should be fitted with the peristaltic pump heads (straightened as far as possible), and the part of the pump tubing in the pump head should not be too long, because the pump flange will scratch the hose when the pump is running.
(3) Before use, the pump tubing should be cleaned externally without impurities, otherwise it will affect the resilience of the pump tubing and the accuracy of transportation.
(4) Determine the specifications of peristaltic pump head. Not all the peristaltic hoses can be installed on the same pump head, otherwise there will be tube channeling.
(5) The peristaltic pump tubing needs to be clamped with a clip to avoid the phenomenon of movement.
