Although some food-grade silicone tubes can also have a certain degree of resilience, they are certainly not as good as the raw materials dedicated to peristaltic pump silicone tubes.
Secondly, in addition to the strict requirements for raw materials, food-grade silicone tubing, and silicone tubing for peristaltic pump, it also has strict requirements on the specifications and dimensions of the hose itself. Due to the working principle of the peristaltic pump silicone tube, the size requirements for the inner diameter and wall thickness are very accurate. Otherwise, it will affect the flow rate of the silicone tubing for peristaltic pump when transporting materials, thereby affecting the overall production. The peristaltic pump silicone tube also needs to have good wear resistance. The peristaltic pump silicone tube must continue to operate for dozens of hours in a continuous working environment without being damaged. Therefore, the silicone tube does not have such characteristics.
